High quality requirements in the electroplating industry force the introduction of registration and archiving of production. The quality of the final product is dependent on parameters and course of technological process. Current and archival control of the process parameters for every product enables to eliminate faulty details or whole parties. Developed by our company ASTBus reporting system allows for the control parameters such as:

• amount of details subjected to processing in one batch
• time of residence of details in every post on the line
• min and max temperature deviations
• min and max current fluctuations
• pH of chemical baths
• number of process
• next step in the process
• failures and warnings during plating processing

In case of rack line every rack is subject to registration and in case of barrel line every barrel must be registered. All data are transfer to PC computer and saved in database record. Using the reporting software it is possible to reconstruct and analyse technological parameters for any detail or lot of details. Reports are generated automatically and may be used as an annex to the specification of the detail as a confirmation of qualitative execution of the order.
