Becoming more restrictive regulations and new IPPC directives force construction of new or modernization existing after-plating sewage neutralizers. The neutralizer’s task is to purify the washing waters and drop of purified sewage into the sewage system. In some cases purified waters are reused in the process of production process. Holding constant parameters in neutralizers is possible through to use of modern automation systems. The basis for controlling and steering the work of neutralizer is measurement of physical and chemical parameters. In automation systems manufactured by our company it is possible to register and measure parameters such as:

  • pH values
  • redox values,
  • acceptable values of the concentration of solutions
  • level of liquid in containers
  • amount of dropped sewage temporarily and generally
  • working time of sewage pumps
  • emergency states in sewage neutralizer

We manufacture our systems with use of SIEMENS PLC drivers. Every drive in the neutralizer is monitored and its statuses are displayed on the monitor of operational station. To increase reliability of the system, on each control cabinet, there is drawn an active scheme of neutralizer showing statuses of all devices. Regulation and registration of parameters in sewage neutralizers is automatic without manual intervention. The whole system is managed from the visualization level, which registers courses of the most important parameters in the neutralizer. On all automation systems we carry remote service through telephone lines which significantly reduces time of our reaction in case of breakdown and it guarantees remote diagnose of work of the whole automation system.
